Plans for a museum that honored all Veterans was a dream of Ralph Barrale (1924-2018) when he gathered a planning team, and secured a lease from the City of O’Fallon, Missouri at 410 East Elm Street.
The former City Annex has been transformed by a great team of volunteers. This 501C.3 not-for-profit Museum will feature the stories of all Veterans that ever served and who ever lived in St. Charles County.
Their mission is “Inspiring, informing and engaging the residents of St. Charles County to honor the memories of County Veterans who served the United States of America with patriotic valor” and creating a museum experience for young and old, veterans and patriots that truly honors our veterans. Here our military community will feel welcome, our children and grandchildren will engage, and our community connect. We welcome you and invite you to participate and join us in our mission.
