Plans are Coming Together

All we need is YOU!

Our Executive Board: Jim Frain, Renee Essary (USAF 1982-1986 and 1994-2000) and Ralph Barrale seated (Army 1943-1945) met with Mayor Bill Hennessey (right), City Administrative Services Director John Griesenauer (second from right) and City Administrator David Strahl to discuss final plans for the Museum at 410 E. Elm Street.

Plans go well beyond the building” said Renee Essary. “Our plans for the grounds include: Veterans Healing Family Gardens, The Grove – a shaded picnic area with a dry creek and Seabee bridge, Heroes Walk, Veterans Memorial Pavers and much more. We’re not only designing a museum to honor St. Charles County Veterans, we’re also creating a park like setting that people from all around can enjoy.

Would you like to help?  We’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for volunteers, sponsors, memorabilia, donations and your stories. You don’t have to be a veteran to join us. You just need a fervent love of our county.
